Resident Satisfaction
A recent Relatives and Representatives Feedback Survey completed by over a third of our residents showed an overall Net Promotor Score of 95% compared to an industry benchmark of 34%, a Sentiment Score of 4.62 (4.20 Benchmark) and a 97% Experience Rating (86% Benchmark). All of the individual measures exceeded the Benchmarks (refer http://www.agedcarequality.gov.au/consumers/consumer-experience-reports ).
