Melbourne Cup

Once again Roseneath staff come together management,

care staff, RN’s, maintenance, GSO staff, Head of house keeping and RAO staff

worked together and created an amazing day full of joy and laughter.

We celebrated Melbourne Cup with games, dancing, music,

delicious food and drinks.

Well done to the Roseneath Team for working together and creating

a day our residents loved.

 

Recipe of the Month

Grinch Fruit Kabobs by Amee Livingston

Ingredients
8 large marshmallows
24 mini marshmallows
2 pints fresh strawberries 24 large strawberries
24 green grapes rinsed and patted dry
24 wooden kabob skewers
optional: tube of chocolate frosting or edible marker for making faces

Instructions

Thread a grape onto the kabob skewer.

Cut a large marshmallow into thirds with kitchen scissors.

Slide a slice of marshmallow onto the stick.

Slice the top off a strawberry and thread onto the skewer (large side first).

Top with mini marshmallow.

Serve plain or decorate with frosting or an edible marker.

run this year. Thank you to all the staff and resident’s that donated,

every donation counts and brings joy to local families on Christmas day.

November 2025 Monthly Updates and Reminders

New information: Patient Transport Services (PTS) is a non-urgent transport only.

PTS is available for people who meet an eligibility criteria

(https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/pts/Pages/eligibility-criteria.aspx). Within the

greater metropolitan Sydney, transport is undertaken by qualified Patient Transport Officers or,

when required, under the supervision of an enrolled or registered nurse.

Patient transport may be undertaken by NSW ambulance in some regional areas.
