February Newsletter 2026
A New Game was introduced to our residents called Ping Pong connect 4 played by 2 people
once we get a winner the next 2 jump in and start a new game and so on, which all residents enjoyed thoroughly,
had lots of fun and laughter its like playing connect 4 but with ping pong balls,
the benefits of this game is strengthening arm exercises along with hand eye co-ordination,
we will keep this game going.
VALENTINES DAY
Valentines Day Celebration with the love and the bond these couples have shared for each other over the years congratulations to you all.
Plus, a huge thank you to all staff that assisted with setting up and contributing to the success on this beautiful day.

Recipe Of The Month
Banana Pancake with Butter and Golden Syrup
Ingredients:
- 4 overripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 teaspoons butter,
Optional toppings
- Fresh fruit
- Ground cinnamon
- Maple syrup
- Salted butter
- Whipped Cream
Cut bananas into round circles then place to the side.
Next make batter Add the eggs and flour to the bowl and mix until combined.
Now add the bananas to the mix and with a tooth pick add banana batter into fry pan with butter.
