Glen Innes Show
On Friday the 14th of February 2025 a group of resident’s went on a morning outing
to participate in a community event at the Glen Innes Show. Resident’s enjoyed being out in the
community on a nice sunny day.

A million stars up in the sky.
One shines brighter – I can’t deny.
A love so precious, a love so true,
a love that comes from me to you.
The angels sing when you are near.
Within your arms I have nothing to fear.
You always know just what to say.
Just talking to you makes my day.
I love you, honey, with all of my heart.
Together forever and never to part.
Recipe of the Month

White chocolate cream heart tarts

Ingredients (6)
1/2 x 200g packet Kingston biscuits
30g butter, melted
1/4 cup thickened cream
45g block white chocolate, melted, cooled
125g fresh raspberries
Icing sugar mixture, for dusting
Step 1
Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add butter.
Process until just combined.
Step 2
Divide mixture evenly between two 2cm-deep, 10cm (base) heart-shaped loose-based fluted flan tins (see note).
Using the back of a metal teaspoon,
press mixture over base and sides of tins. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Step 3
Whisk cream until soft peaks form. Add chocolate. Using a large metal spoon,
gently fold until well combined. Carefully remove biscuit cases from tins.
Divide cream mixture between cases. Arrange raspberries on top. Serve.
Valentines Day Lunch

At Roseneath we held a Special Valentines Event for resident’s
and their partners to have lunch and drinks together.
Roseneath is grateful that we can provide a special moment for the residents and their loved ones
to share a meal and celebrate their love for each other.

Three of Roseneath Resident’s put some entries into the Needle Work and Fine Arts Competition at
Glen Innes Show. All our beautiful ladies all placed and done very well Congratulations to
Joan Gunther who placed 1st, 3x 2nds and a Highly Recommended.

Roseneath Staff are very proud of all ladies on their participation and achievements.
Active Day
At Roseneath its important that we provide a Active Day to our resident’s to help maintain health and independence.
Physio John holds an wellness and exercise class every Wednesday morning in the community hall for all
resident’s wishing to participate.
